The hotel is near subway stations. This made exploring convenient. Several convenience stores surround the area. I appreciated the laundry access. A list of activities by the front desk suggested many sites.
The air conditioning wasn't consistent, it was sometimes too cold. I couldn't always get the temperature right.

The hotel room included dried flowers to add a personal touch. A fridge was also available inside the room. Housekeeping kept the room very comfy and tidy .

A coffee shop is conveniently located downstairs. Mini drip coffee filters and coffee are for sale, this allows in-room coffee preparation. Guests received a discount at the shop at the time, this proved useful because of the shop's long hours.

breakfast availability poor soundproofing
The breakfast was a real letdown. i paid extra expecting a decent spread, but most of the good stuff was always gone before 9:30 am. it reminded me of a total waste of money, and i am seriously annoyed that i couldn't even get what i paid for! also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear everything from the hallway, really impacting my sleep.

convenient location comfortable room friendly staff
The location proved very convenient with subway stations nearby. I found various stores and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel's cleanliness impressed me. My room felt comfortable. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful service staff. I even chose some beautiful flowers from the lobby to adorn my room. The coffee shop downstairs was good!
My only slight issue was the limited space for luggage in the room. It felt a bit cramped.

The hotel stands close to Akasaka Mitsuke station. It is ideal for commuting around the city. As a transit hub, it provides easy access to locations like Shibuya and Shinjuku. I found the location ideal!

The hotel provided luggage storage. This helped greatly as I traveled to Kyoto and Osaka. A sweet welcome treat awaited me in my room, I appreciated that. The dried flowers also allowed a personal touch!

The hotel has convenient access to several metro lines. Many restaurants are nearby. The staff let me store my large luggage at the hotel, helpful. A welcome sweet treat was also in the room.

the staff were very nice and helpful. i really appreciated the location as it was super convenient, with easy access to the metro and lots of dining options nearby!!!
the room was smaller than expected. there was also no closet or room under the bed for luggage storage, a bit inconvenient.

kind staff convenient location on-site laundry
i found the staff amazingly kind and helpful. the location near two subway stations was really convenient. i loved being in akasaka. a huge bonus was the on-site laundry, it was a lifesaver for my longer trip.
this lack of clarity was frustrating.

the hotel features an in-house coin-operated laundromat. it really cuts down on how much gear you have to pack. free guided tours of the local area assisted in settling into the area and discovering some hidden gems.
